when i was younger i could dye my hair all the time. Now anytime i do my hair breaks. next if i want a little color i am going to try weave extensions.

ReplyDeleteI've had red, lighter brown, & blonde highlights & rinses before {not all at the same time of course} but I loved it!
My husband staged a dye intervention I loved color so much. Now some subtle highlights is all that's required.

I have had highlights once in my short hair and HATED IT. I felt like someone other than SUNNY.

I've been every color except for platinum and loved it! When I turned 29 I shaved my head and made an oath not to anything to my hair(no dye, any chemicals, no heat) till after I turn 30 in october.

ReplyDeleteI've had rinses - red, light-ish brown and black. I asked for highlights once and ended up darn near blonde - not a good look! All of this was while I was relaxed.
ReplyDeleteSometimes I think about coloring my locs, but since I can't decide on a color, I guess I'll stay salt and peppered up a little longer.
I highlight my hair, but I haven't in a couple of years (yikes), so the color has grown out. It's really a budget thing right now. Trying to only do beauty treatments I absolutely have to do.
