I usually pic a basic dress for the holiday season and go for different accessories for each event. Saves money and gives me a great excuse to buy jewelry! ;)

i loooooooove the first red dress, but i did different reds last year for christmas AND new year's. gold is a good color for me...i like that one too!
That Max and Cleo dress is to die for...wish I had some place to wear it.
Mr. PBW is working Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. So no holiday dress for me.

I usually do purchase new dresses for the holiday season, but I might be cutting back this year. I have a couple of dresses that I've only worn on vacation, that I might be able to reposition as a holiday dress.

I love the holiday season and getting dressed up for parties. This year I'm going to do black sequins.

i usually buy nice dresses whenever i see them - which is rare. knowing that, when i see a great one i buy it knowing that eventually (at christmas or some other time) i'll have something to wear when invited out for a special occassion.
I usually wear a red top with jeans for the holidays but I think I shall step it up this year with a nice Satiny ...is that a word lol dress.
