Mizani's Marvelous Mist

Mizani products are a staple at most hair salons around the country and for good reason. Recently, I had the opportunity to try their popular Gloss Veil on my hair and was completely satisfied with the results. It goes on as a weightless mist, but packs a powerful punch of sheen. It leaves hair shiny and not heavy. Plus, it is preservative-free with a non-drying formula, which includes moisturizing avocado and rice bran oils. It's perfect for obtaining a light shine without the unwanted greasiness that similar brand sprays typically cause.

Mizani Gloss Veil available at fine salons nationwide and select retailers. Click here for the list of salons.

Have you ever tried Mizani hair products? What do you use for a bit of sheen?

Years ago I used Mizani shampoo and conditioner but found them too heavy.

For shine I use Design Essentials "Silk".

Mizani products work great on me when a stylists uses them, but I only get average results when I try them at home.

I've never tried this product. I use Moroccan Oil, olive oil, a hair polisher/glosser or good, old Isoplus oil sheen when I need a bit of sheen.

It sounds like a great product, I'll try it out. I like their Rose H2O Hairdress. It has petroleum, which I don't normally like but this stuff leaves my hair soft and moisturized. It works wonders on new growth as well.

I use Silk Elements on my hair. It leaves it looking and feeling like silk. Honesty! It's actually a VERY good product.

I used their products when I had a perm and loved it. But now that I'm natural I find coconut oil to be the best.

I want to try more Mizani products at home. My stylist just told me that the shampoo I am using now has alcohol in it, so I am looking for a replacement.
