Dreamgirl Diet

As most of you probably heard yesterday, Jennifer Hudson is the new spokeswoman for the popular Weight Watchers program. Our favorite dreamgirl has lost a significant amount of weight after the birth of her son. According to Hudson, this isn't a diet, but a lifestyle change. I commend Ms. Hudson for being a curvy BG, but still trying to be more health conscious.

I've always heard such great things about Weight Watchers, but have never been on any diet; but I do love their frozen meals!

Have you ever tried Weight Watchers? Have you ever been on a diet? Do you think diets work? Please share.

**The winner of the Covergirl Queen Collection Bronzer is K-Bear. Please send me your mailing address. Congrats!

Jennifer looks amazing! But i don't think its just the weight watchers program that caused the weight loss. She's definitely doing some SERIOUS exercise, probably with an amazing trainer. Either way, she looks FAB. Your blog by the way, is the BEST! x

I agree with Nicosi. Diets are not for me. Just think if we all had the resources that she has we would have a nicer body too! LOL...I don't like celebrity spokespersons for diets! I mean they have the resources to have a personal chef and trainer!

@Nicosi - Aww, thanks!!!

I agree with you guys - a lot of celebs have personal trainers, chefs, etc. It must be nice! lol

Weight Watchers is one of the only diets that really work for me, that and the Akins Diet! She really looks nice. She has motivated me to do better.

Yes! I tried WW and it definitely worked. Unfortunately, my BF decided to sabotage my efforts and I fell prey to his schemes! Seriously, he started showing up to my house with Blue Bell ice cream and ding dongs. WTH. He's evil...in the most delightful way!

I'm always on some sort of diet. Not a real diet, but "sort of." LOL! Not really to lose weight, but to maintain a healthy weight and just overall be healthier.

My mom, who's a slim chick like me, has high cholesterol and has to make all these diet changes. I'm not trying to be on that in my golden years. Gotta start now.

I agree- she's looks wonderful. I haven't ever been on Weight Watchers, the counting of the points would drive me crazy. I have been on plenty of diets and FAILED.

Now I take Alli... which I love because it basically threatens me into eating right.
