Miracle Mask

Hormonal changes are something that we all go through, but lately those changes have been wreaking havoc on my skin. In addition to having acne flare-ups, I've been trying to steer clear of certain products that are filled with harsh chemicals so I've been on the prowl for organic products that can help manage my unwanted breakouts.

LUSH's Mask of Magnamity has been the answer to my acne angst! This vanilla-mint scent mask looks like green goop, but this hand-made cleanser does an excellent job of deep cleaning & toning while gently exfoliating. Surprisingly, after removing the mask it doesn't leave your skin feeling tight and dry like most masks, but actually soft and refreshed. After only using for three weeks, I can already see a change in my complexion.

Mask of Magnaminty Cleanser available at www.lushusa.com for $11.55-$20.45 (depending on the ounces)

**Please note: because this product is hand-made with fresh ingredients such as honey, peppermint oil, evening primrose seeds, etc, it only has a 4-month shelf-life.

Have you ever tried this mask? Would you? What's your favorite mask? Have you ever tried Lush products?

**BTW, the winner of the Thevi lipstick is SoniaB. Please email me your mailing address within 7 days. Congrats!!

I have not had any success finding natural products for my face. But I have been hearing lots of positive things about lush so one day I'm gonna have to try it out.

Since I have turned 30 my face has been doing some crazy things. I guess I can blame it on my hormons. I have gone to get much needed facials more times this year than I think my whole life and got hooked to Dermalogica line for oily skin. It pricy but worth every penny. I cannot see myself using anything else for a while.

This sounds so nice. I've used a few different ones to varying success but it seems that my skin is changing and can't take harsh chemicals now either. I may have to give this a try. Thanks.

I may have to check this out. Strangely I didn't have any skin problems until I turned 30. Since then, my skin has been less than stellar. I've been wanting to try LUSH anyway

This sounds like a great product. I have sensitive skin but not overly sensitive so I would give it a try. The ingredients sound heavenly.

I haven't tried Lush but I need to! My face has been doing remarkably well with my Neutrogena & Dove regime, however, a good mask periodically is just what I need. I'm going to try it!

I've never tried it, but I'm adding it to my list. I'm breaking out right now too. Mainly because I sleep in my make-up. I know that's bad BG behavior. I'm going to try to do better. :)

@lymariposa - It's funny that you say that because a friend of mine thought the same thing when she saw it!

I have not tried Lush yet. My skin has been doing some crazy things since I turned 30 too. The green juice has helped it a lot, but you know I always love to try some new beauty products :0
