For all of you with little girls (and boys) in your life, Disney's first animated film starring an African-American princess, The Princess and the Frog hopped to the top spot at the box office this weekend grossing $25 million! Oh how I wish Baby BGG was born and already 4-years-old so we could've gone to see this ground-breaking movie together, but oh well, I'll wait patiently for her arrival next month!
As many of you know, my favorite natural bath & body line, Carol's Daughter, has teamed up with Disney to create a special The Princess & the Frog shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath and loofah in a super cute drawstring bag for your little princess!
Gift Set available at www.carolsdaughter.com for $24
Did you take your daughter, niece or little sister to see this movie? If not, do you plan on seeing it this holiday season? One lucky reader will win the Carol's Daughter Princess & the Frog gift set! Just leave a comment and a winner will be selected randomly and announced on Wednesday.

I want that gift set though. TT is playing Santa this year. (and let's be honest, every year)
Congrats to Princess and the Frog for grossing 25 mil for the #1 box office spot this weekend!!!

BGG, that's great news and I must say IT'S ABOUT TIME! I plan to take my youngens to see this movie this weekend since it's when they begin the holiday break! I'm proud to say I've heard nothing but good about it and I'm super happy that Carol's Daughter is involved! Very smart cookie that Carol's Daughter is! First the President, now our own Disney Princess! What a great year for brown girls and boys!

I plan to see it when school is out! I have a 6yr old son that I'm dragging along. We will make it a family affair with cousins and my mom!
How incredibly cute is that set!!
I actually took my son to see this movie and he thought it was pretty cool for a "girl cartoon"... lol. I am happy to see that it reached #1 at the box office. I am also happy to see that "The Blind Side" is still doing well weeks after its release.
I do plan to see it. Unfortunately my niece is still an infant, so I can't take her. But, it looks really good.
saw it with my daughter, sister and niece loved it!!

I went to see the movie and I thought it was great.
I saw it with hubby, and I actually met Anika Noni Rose. She is probably the coolest person ever. So humble. I'm so happy for the success
