Relaxing Treat for Your Feet!

Tired of long waits at your local pedicure salon? Then why not bring the indulgent pedicure experience into the comfort of your own home with Carol's Daughter's Rose Petal Pedicure Soak?

This aromatic and soothing blend of dry milk, rose petals and tapioca, will give your feet a much needed break from pounding the pavement in strappy sandals and sexy stilettos that I'm sure they've endured this summer. After using this soak, my feet were left feeling soft, supple and quite simply - relaxed.

Rose Petal Pedicure Soak available at www.carolsdaughter.com for $12.50 (8 oz.)

Do you ever treat your feet to an at-home spa pedicure?

One lucky reader will receive the Rose Petal Pedicure Soak. Just leave a comment and a winner will be selected randomly and announced tomorrow!

I've never treated myself to an at home pedicure. I would much rather have someone else. That way I get a massage too!

I attempt to do a home pedicure at least once a month. But if I'm having a TERRIBLE day at work then I do it that day regardless. I got a real nice foot spa for mother's day.

I usually do my nails and toes at home because I'm really afraid of local shops not cleaning out their foot spa, and can't really afford to be high end during this recession so this post comes at a great time! I simply use my ped egg (loves it), pumice stone, paint my toes, then apply some shea butter to my feet, don some fuzzie socks and go to bed. In the morning my feet are soooooo soft. Seriously. I recommend everyone try doing at home pedicures, they are super simple and can save you major bucks!

I would love to try the scrub. I prefer to get a pedicure than do it myself, but sometimes you need an inbetween, especially due to fund.

@ Chinye: Shea butter is a great idea for feet! I currently use it on my hair and didn't really think about all the other things it could be used for. What a great idea!

I have personally never used a foot soak of any kind. I will wash my feet, apply some kind of foot moisturizer on them, clip the toenails, and then either paint or buff them. It sounds like a soak would be wonderful to try.

I stopped going "out" for pedicures because I just felt like I was throwing my money away. Especially since to buy all of the tools to do them myself was the cost of just 1 or 2 visits to the nail salon *sheesh*. Now I give myself the pedicure and tip myself *haha* And I plan to use the nail salon for the beginning of summer to get all of the dead winter skin. This CD foot soak sounds VERY indulgent. I would love to try it.

I do my own pedi's all the time. I'm very particular about the way my feet look. When I feel like being pampered I'll go to the nail-spa. But my mama always said..."If you want something done right, do it yourself!!!"

I love your blog! I have you bookmarked too and need to go back and see if your on twitter?? Anyway- I absolutely LOVE home pedicures as I can't afford to have someone else do it. I have come up with some wonderful ways to pamper myself from my choice of color to my favorite foot cream from Topricin! It is all natural and VERY soothing for tired feet...I bet this soak would be great followed by my cream! Thanks so much :) smilinggreenmom
