Get Smooth Legs for Spring!

Even though it’s only in the 60s here in New York City this week, it’s almost time for us BGs to go barelegged again. Showing off our gorgeous gams is what spring ensembles are all about.

From short shorts to mini-skirts, this time of year calls for smooth and shiny legs. But in order to get our legs lovely, we must remove all remnants of hair.

Today, there are a myriad of options available. From gels and creams that can easily slough away the finest of hairs to laser removal, there is a process that’s right for you.

How do you get your legs spring/summer spotlight worthy? Do you wax, shave, laser or go au naturel? Please share!

Lmao@ NOT other parts of your body. Whatever do you mean, BGG? It's funny that you say that because I have a friend who tried Veet in her bikini area and she said it worked fine.

I use Veet which works perfectly for me. I am too scared to try waxing, it sounds painful!

Hair removing Ouch! but we must!
I have tried waxing but it does hurt a lot.
It seems that Veet has a follow. I'm going to give it a try.
Thanks!

nair stinks so bad but imma try veet for my legs. normally i just shave but i'm not getting the same results i used to.

as far as other areas, i hate disrupting the natural flow and all but something must be done. hope your next post is focused on that.

@Afrodite - I was just trying to put up a disclaimer! LOL! :-)

@Antithesis - What do you hope my next post is about? I was a bit confused.

I have looked at no no and that poetry wax thing but I have never purchased them. I have used this electronic razor system...I can submit the name of it later, but I always seem to go back to a simple razor.
Which do you use BGG?

Funny you should ask! I just started using Veet and I think I'm hooked. For sure I'm done with razors. Might I suggest vitamin E for smoothing on afterwards. It's very soothing and gives the perfect shine. As for the 'other' areas I'm considering the sugaring technique. I hear it's less painful and leaves kitty feeling nice and soft.

i will be a test dummy! um i guiess i'll let you know that happens...might just have to stick to the venus razor.

@Product Junkie - I've used VEET with the blade-less razor. I was so nervous to try it, but I decided to give it a shot. It smelled really badly, (I guess just like Nair) but I was more than impressed and pleased with the results! I'll definitely use it again. I've never had my legs waxed, but a friend told me it is the absolute BEST!

Hmmm. . . might give Veet a shot - I get so tired of shaving my legs -seems like I always miss a patch or two and never notice until I'm out in public, of course. I'm assuming the Veet lasts a little longer? I haven't used a depilatory in years.

Hands down the best topic EVER!

I have been spying on that No No since Christmas and almost bought it a few times...

BGG you MUST wax your legs!!! You will love it, and the wax also takes dead skin off with the hair. It will be painful but worth the effort. I cannot do anything else but wax because my legs are so sensitive but let me tell you, it is a great process. It can be costly if you do it at a salon but it is just as easy to do it at-home, or to get a girlfriend to do it for you (you can return the favor).

I heard the Braun epilator is the best in the market.

So intriguing!

I'm to lazy to spend a lot of time on hair removal. Disposable razors are for me. I like the bic soleil ones myself

I knew something was missing from my day. And was my BGG fix! What about that new Venus Embrace. I hear that is the businesssss.....I'm not down with the waxing on the legs either b/c I don't think it'll last that long. And to go through all that pain just for a hair to pop back in a week? Oh helllls naaaahhhh.

BGG, can you send me an email at Brittany@ClumpsOfMascara.com. Pretty please!

I use the Schick Quattro razors. I can barely take the pain of an eyebrow wax. And I'm always scared I'll accidently touch my hair if I use Nair.
