Days of Their Lives

If you're a fan of reality TV like me, this season of MTV's Making the Band did not disappoint. For those of you who did watch the show, you witnessed Que's mini-mental meltdown on basically every single episode. Luckily, he got a grip and the guys of Day 26 managed to band together to record their sophomore CD, "Forever and a Day," which was released earlier this week. The two-part season finale airs tonight at 9pm EST on MTV.

Did you watch Making the Band this season? If so, what were your thoughts? Have you heard Day 26's new release? One winner will win a copy of the CD. Just leave a comment and a winner will be selected randomly.

**The winner of The Body Shop lip gloss is KittyVodka!! Congrats!

I wasn't really interested in watching this season, but after seeing all of the drama & started turning in regularly! I'm glad they were able to get it together & finish this album, they are all so talented, and they are really the only male R&B group out right now.

I LOOOOVVVVEEE them. I have been a fan of the show for years, but they are my fav. I have watched Que and all that he has went through. I hate it for him because I think he has the weight of his family on his back. He was raised by women, and has to learn how to be a man and react to situations in a "manly way"...I see that he is great with Dawn, and that is from being raised by women, but he cant slack on the other..I think he will be fine, as will the rest of the guys. They are human, and I hope they get to where they want to be. They all have talent which is great, and had i not been sick, I would have picked up the cd on Tuesday..but winning is better!

My daughter was crazy for it. I saw a few episodes and Q was, yes, melting down. They are fun. I saw all of last season.

I've only watched bits and pieces of the show this season. Q has some serious problems, and I hope that he's able to get whatever help he needs.

Whatever happened to poor Donnie? He was around, but not really doing anything this season.

My kids love this show which means I do not! Actually, I never watched it so I can't really make a call one way or the other but I can say kudos to brothers doing their thing and getting paid! Gotta love Diddy! $$

Hey BGG
Yes, I have been watching MTB and I think Que is feeling the pressure of life in general. It looks like he will pull it all together though.

I don't really watch MTV anymore, but I had to tune in because people's facebook statuses about it were crazy. And I'm not on Twitter, but I heard Diddy's Twitter page is hilarious and during the last episode, he just kept saying "this ish is entertaining, are you entertained, 'cause I'm entertained"

I really low key cannot stand Diddy. He doesn't do anything and he's so successful. I mean all of his projects flop. Yeah, you might sell platinum one time, but look what happened to D-A-B-A-N-D, Danity Kane, 112, Loon, Total... Biggie. Name an artist that Diddy started that's still relevant... yep can't do it.

It's like signing up to Missy Elliott's record label. There's no reason Tweet shouldn't be on top of her game, but that label SUCKS!!!!

Whatever, I'm off my soapbox. To answer the question definitely I try not to watch, but I tune in from time to time. LOL!

Oh my...that was the best season ever of MTB! I have watched every episode. I personally think that Que should have been removed from the group. I'm not sure if it's age or personality that's not allowing him to connect with the rest of the group. Looking forward to tonight's episode.

@Carmesha - That's so true. There aren't any other male R&B groups out now. Actually, there aren't any R&B girl groups either.

@Tamstyles - Yay!! Winning is better! Keep your fingers crossed. :-) Oh and I agree, Dawn makes Que better.

@Kwana - Isn't a fun show to watch? Last season was good too.

@ThummyB - Yeah, I think it might be a wrap for Donnie. :-( He was likable, but I guess ppl just didn't buy his CD.

@MilanAngel - Yes, it's one of mine too! This season was THE best one yet!

@K-Bear - Your kids know good TV! LOL

@Kittyvodka - Uh...they are nothing like PCD, but I like them too! LOL

@Bam - What was up with Q's mom? She seemed normal to me. DId I miss something?

@Product Junkie Diva - Yeah it looks like he's gotten it together now.

@T - YOU ARE HILARIOUS!!!!! That is so true though. His artists don't usually stick around for too long.

@Rebee - Yeah, Que is very young so he still has a lot of growing up to do. It was the best season by far!!

I didn't watch the whole season but I did watch the finale. Glad to see it all worked out for the guys but sad to say goodbye to Danity Kane.
